Fear of Tigers – Please Don’t Leave

Fear of Tigers is Benjamin Berry, who is super talented and has an extensive library of great tracks and remixes. He’s worked on film and choreography projects that are really cool, and it’s worth a walk through his socials; this is a favorite of mine, it’s called ‘Please Don’t Leave’.

Echo Vector X – Breathe

Echo Vector X’ sound is decidedly vintage analogue synth, and the band is a duo of former roommates, who interestingly are on two different continents – Erik Nielson is in Oxford, England and James McDonough is in Rhode Island. They’ve got a bunch of great stuff, so make sure you check them out.

Ralphy Grey / B.O.N. / Aisle 9 – I’m A Rebel – Aisle 9 Remix

Ralphy Grey was our guest artist on Episode 12, Aisle 9 was our guest artist and first ever track premiere on Episode 14 and the opener for the very first episode of Z-GR! Radio was ‘I’m A Rebel’ featuring the outstanding vocals as supplied by Bon. Aisle 9 did a remix of the track, and it’s awesome. I am so excited that these artists got together for this remix, and it sounds fantastic.

Permadeaf – Burn

Permadeaf, AKA Ryan Thomas, is a producer out of Omaha, Nebraska, and he does film and game soundtracks as well as some seriously excellent SynthPop like ‘Burn’. Check his socials for more details.

Beyond Obsession – I Can’t Tell

Germany’s Beyond Obsession formed back in 2012 and they’ve been making great music since – their catalog is fantastic and worth checking out, and they are heading out for a late 2024 tour, so if you’re in or around Germany, grab a seat. This track, ‘I Can’t Tell’, is fantastic.

GULVØSS / Rob Dust – Walking On Water – Rob Dust Remix

Germany’s Gulvoss, AKA Sven Witmiss, has been parked on the German Electronic Web Charts lately and is just kicking off a set of shows. That track, ‘Walking on Water’, was remixed by none other than the one and only Rob Dust.

Murmers of Earth – The Man I Never Knew

Murmurs of Earth is the British electronic music duo of Vocalist Geoff Pinckney and Producer Richard Sinclair, who has a weekly show called Syntherapy on radiowigwam.co.uk. I loved their sound as soon as I heard it – this is ‘The Man I Never Knew’ on NEWHD Rock Evolution.

RJ Thompson – Rescue You

RJ Thompson has a great modern rock sound that hits the Rock Evolution tag square on the head and this is his third appearance on the show. There’s a very cool video for ‘Rescue You’, so check it out.

The Wildflower Collective – By The Riverside

I came across the Wildflower Collective through newartistspotlight.org, and I just loved their sound, so when ‘By The Riverside’ popped up in my release radar I put it in my ears immediately and wasn’t disappointed.

Blokecola – Famous Doctor Pavillion

Blokacola, who is based in Hangzhou, China, self-describes as ‘psychedelic indie pop’; he has a great sound and a great sense of humor, so check his stuff out.

Zero-G Racetrack – I Remember

Back in early August, my band, Zero-G Racetrack, released ‘I Remember’, our ninth track. It’s as close to a ballad as we’ve come, and I wrote the vocal as a reminder that every relationship, regardless of how it ends, leaves you with positives that should be remembered moving forward.

Robots With Rayguns have joined with Carl Gershon to cover one of the most famous songs of the ‘80’s by one of the greatest bands of the generation. This is a really great version of the classic INXS track ‘Need You Tonight’.
