I first heard Ollie Wride in 2022 on a Twitter post where he was doing an impromptu cover of Annie Lennox – it was amazing, and since then he has blown things up – multiple tracks are well over a million streams, and ‘A Matter of Time’, a favorite of mine has recently been remastered.

If you know anything about the history of the Verve’s ‘Bittersweet Symphony’ you know that it the centerpiece of one of the nastiest songwriting credit disputes on record – fortunately, things went the Verve’s way back in 2019 which is well deserved – simply put, the track is amazing, and Deco’s take on the song is really, really fantastic.
Melinda Kausek – In The Dark
I’ve seen live here in the Bay Area several times – she plays a really cool Banjolele which is exactly what it sounds like it is. I really love good storytelling in music, and I always appreciate artists who tell those stories in unique ways using unique instruments.
