Hailing from Compton, Doctor J is the insightful host of the “Strictly Business Show with Doctor J.” His influence extends beyond the airwaves as he facilitates learning and development courses for esteemed entities like Converse, MGM Resorts, Newegg.com, and the City of Berkeley. As an Adjunct Instructor at UCLA, Doctor J imparts his expertise in Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Mediation, Dispute Resolution, and Race and Diversity Harmony.
